Cox Development is a family-owned business, established in 2003. Kent Cox has been in the construction industry in Northwest Arkansas since 1992, working primarily in the design and construction of residential homes.

Rental Property
Our sister company, Cox Property Management, has over 70 rental units in the area. Demand is high for single family homes but occasionally, one will be available for rent. There are also duplexes and triplexes with appliances provided.
